Returns & Exchanges

At Sweet Dreamers, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
